Devices: Easy Light Menu is services only. Bring your own device — we recommend iPads. Refurbished iPads we set up for you are $450 each, one time, yours to keep. No setup fee on any plan.

Optional add-on: Auto-Sync Setup, $600 one-time. We connect your register or menu system, so when you change a price in your own system, your online menu updates overnight. No email needed. Each night your system’s menu export (a spreadsheet) is sent to us and we update your menu. Available on any plan.

How signup works

  1. Pick your plan and enter your restaurant details.
  2. Pay by card (secure Stripe checkout, billed monthly).
  3. Upload photos of your paper menu — plus a logo and dish photos if you have them.
  4. We start from your current website and menu photos and build your menu, QR code and site within 24 hours. We email your QR code and menu link.

Every plan is month to month, no contract. Full terms are shown when you sign up.
