Easy Light Menu is operated by Easy Light Menu, Inc., an Illinois corporation. These terms cover the Easy Light Menu text messaging program operated by Easy Light Menu, Inc., 1121 Goldfinch Ave, Yorkville, IL 60560.

Program description

When you check the SMS consent box on a Easy Light Menu form, or text a keyword or START to our number, you agree to receive text messages from Easy Light Menu about menu setup and demo links, account and billing notices, menu change confirmations, appointment reminders, and service offers for your restaurant or bar.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can use our forms without checking the box.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically up to 8 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at steve@easylitemenu.com or (847) 489-5713.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
