How Easy Light Menu works

Sign up online, snap your paper menu, and we do the rest. No logins, no design work, no owner IT.

Four steps

  1. Start: pick your plan, then restaurant name, your name, email, phone, address.
  2. Pay: by card through secure Stripe checkout. Menu $75/week, Menu + Website $100/week, or Full package $150/week per location. No plan includes devices; optional refurbished iPads are $450 each, one time, sold separately. Every plan is month to month. No setup fee on Menu and Website plans.
  3. Upload: photos of every menu page (or a PDF), plus your logo and dish photos if you have them.
  4. Live within 24 hours: We start from your current website and menu photos and build your menu, QR code and site within 24 hours. We email your QR code and menu link.

After you’re live

  • Email or dictate your changes, and we rewrite, balance, and polish your menu. Print a fresh PDF for your existing menu covers anytime.
  • Send changes to changes@easylitemenu.com — prices, specials, new dishes, or replace a dish.
  • We update your live menu and confirm by email.
  • Every menu page has a Print menu / Download PDF button — letter size, clean typography.

Devices: bring your own

Every plan, including the $150/week Full package, is Easy Light services only. No plan includes devices. Guests can scan the table QR code on their own phones, and your tablets, staff iPads or the office computer open the same menu. We recommend iPads; if you want us to set them up, refurbished iPads are $450 each, one time, sold separately, and they are yours to keep.
